Corporate Eyecare

Looking after your employees is a major responsibility and eyesight is a big part of that. Since most companies are legally required to provide such benefits there are always options available such as the DH Burns Opticians Corporate Eye Care Scheme. This is a program allowing the minimum required legal benefits as well as adding a benefit that the employee would chose them self. If your organization’s employees regularly work on VDU screens the following eye care benefits are required:

  • Complete eye check up from a fully qualified optometrist.
  • Eye examinations schedule by and on advice of the optometrist (Normally every 2 years).
  • Providing basic VDU glasses depending on the usage could mean single vision, bifocal or varifocal glasses.
  • Providing basic safety glasses depending on the usage could mean single vision, bifocal or varifocal glasses.
